How I work

I work with first-time buyers, investors and clients considering new developments. Each brings different priorities, so I begin by understanding what the purchase needs to accomplish. That gives us a clear basis for evaluating properties and deciding which opportunities deserve further consideration.

You work directly with me throughout the transaction. I stay accessible, explain my recommendations and make sure you have the information you need before making a commitment. When negotiations become competitive, I keep the discussion grounded in the property’s value and your objectives. If I believe the price is no longer justified, I will say so.

My responsibility is to give you an honest assessment, including when my advice is to reconsider a purchase. Whether this is your first home or an addition to your portfolio, you can expect the same personal involvement and care in the advice I provide.

My background

My interest in real estate began through researching investment properties with my father. That early experience introduced me to different property types and the practical questions behind an investment: how it would be financed, what it could generate and how it could contribute to our family’s goals.

I went on to study at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where I developed the business perspective that now informs my real estate work. It connected that early practical interest with a more structured approach to evaluating opportunities and understanding the assumptions behind them.

Today, I bring that perspective to residential purchases, investment properties and development opportunities. For an investment, I consider cash flow, financing and the assumptions supporting the projected return. When reviewing a development proposal, I examine the financial projections and the factors on which they depend. My focus is on helping clients understand the reasoning behind an opportunity, recognise its risks and assess how it fits their plans.

Outside the office

I was born and raised in the GTA, and my connection to the area extends beyond my work in real estate. Sports have always been an interest of mine, particularly the Maple Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays and Buffalo Bills.

I also enjoy golf and make time to get out on the course or practise at the driving range. It is a welcome opportunity to spend time outdoors and continue learning something new.
