Who we are
A brokerage built on relationships and sound advice.
We bring together experience in construction, finance, residential real estate and new development. Our work starts with understanding the person behind the transaction.
Experience that informs our advice.
Paul Ilic and Gurvir Sekhon founded Global Platinum Realty with complementary backgrounds and a shared interest in building a business clients could return to over time.
Paul brings experience in construction, finance and business ownership. Gurvir’s work spans residential, commercial and pre-construction real estate. Together, those perspectives help us consider a property, the financial commitment and the plan for buying or selling it.
A clear standard for our team.
We expect our agents to prepare carefully, communicate clearly and follow through. Clients should understand the reasoning behind a recommendation and feel comfortable asking questions.
As Broker of Record, Paul sets that standard across the brokerage. Supporting agents, sharing knowledge and working through difficult decisions are part of the leadership approach we want clients to experience in our service.
Advice that considers the location.
A property’s setting, condition and surrounding housing all affect the decision. We look at the relevant neighbourhood and comparable properties, rather than relying on a broad regional average.
Our community guides introduce the places we serve. Use them as a starting point, then speak with us about the details that matter to your move.
Time for the work that matters.
Good systems help an agent keep track of details and communicate consistently. We see technology as a practical part of that work, with the agent responsible for the advice and the relationship.
