As Broker of Record, I want our agents to be prepared, thoughtful in their advice and accountable to their clients. That standard needs to be supported by the way we lead and the help available within the brokerage.
My background in construction, finance and business ownership shapes the guidance I bring. Gurvir contributes his experience in marketing, residential, commercial and pre-construction real estate. Our aim is to make that experience useful to the people working with us.

An agent’s needs change as their experience grows. We can discuss where you want to develop, the types of property you work with and the support that would help you take the next step.
Pricing, property assessment, marketing and client communication are all part of that conversation. The focus is on applying what you learn to the decisions in front of you.
