How I work

I want to be the person you call when your next real estate question comes up, whether that is next month or years from now. That relationship starts with how I handle the questions you have today.

You can ask me what you need to ask. If something is unclear, we will work through it. If I need to check an answer, I will tell you and find out. You are making a decision that matters, and you deserve more than a confident guess.

I bring a calm approach to the process. When a concern comes up, I focus on understanding it and working towards a solution. My aim is for you to feel comfortable raising an issue, confident that it is being taken seriously and clear about what comes next.

My background

Before real estate, I spent more than 25 years working in social services. I worked with people from many different communities, often in circumstances where emotions were high and clear communication mattered. That experience taught me to listen carefully, stay composed and understand what someone needs before trying to solve the problem.

I have worked calmly in situations that were close to chaos. You learn that adding your own anxiety rarely helps. You need to pay attention, work out what can be addressed and keep moving towards a useful outcome. Those habits have stayed with me.

In real estate, I bring that same steadiness to the people I work with. A first purchase, a move or an investment comes with questions that deserve time and attention. People arrive with different experiences and different concerns. My background taught me to respect those differences and explain things in a way that makes sense to the person in front of me.

Outside the office

I live in Kitchener and have called Cambridge and Kitchener home for more than 20 years. These are communities I have been part of well before working in real estate.

I like being active and have joined local volleyball and basketball leagues. I have also coached tee ball as a way to give something back. Being involved locally is a part of my life I enjoy, whether I am playing, coaching or getting to know the people around me.
