How Tatiana works

How I work

I start by getting to know what matters to you. A list of bedrooms and a budget tells me something, but it does not tell me the whole story. I want to understand what you need from the move and what would make a home feel right for your life.

You can expect me to explain your options, point out the possibilities and be equally clear about the concerns. There should be room to ask questions and think through the answers. I want you to feel comfortable saying that something does not fit, or that you need a little more explanation before deciding.

I stay personally involved throughout the process. My approach is supportive and straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly and help you make a choice you understand. That applies whether you are buying, selling or finding a place to rent.

My background

My background brings together early childhood education, high-end hospitality, customer service, sales and higher education consulting. The settings were different, but each taught me something about paying attention to people: how they communicate, what they need and what they may be finding difficult to explain.

Together with my partner, I also built an education business helping people pursue higher education, advance in their careers or change direction. Those conversations involved more than choosing a course. They were about what someone wanted their next chapter to look like and which path made sense for their circumstances. I learned to listen for that larger picture and make the options easier to understand.

I bring the same care into real estate. A move can sit alongside a change in work, family life or priorities. Understanding that context helps me give advice that fits the person. My experience in hospitality also taught me to anticipate needs and pay attention to the details of someone's experience, from the first conversation through the decisions that follow.

Outside the office

Family and community are a big part of my life. I enjoy being involved through charities, my church, school volunteering and Scouts. Those connections matter to me, and I like having opportunities to contribute locally.

As a family, we enjoy skiing, hiking and biking. I also love travelling and discovering new places. I have been involved in the Transcontinental pageant community too, another part of my life that has brought me into contact with people I enjoy meeting and learning from.
