How I work

Buying or selling a home is one of the largest decisions many people will make. It affects your finances, your daily routine and the plans you have for your family. I take that responsibility seriously. My role is to help you understand the choices in front of you and consider how they fit with what you want to achieve.

Responsiveness is central to how I work. Questions do not always come up during office hours, and a concern can feel larger when you are waiting for an answer. I make being accessible a priority. You should feel comfortable raising a question, asking for something to be explained again or discussing a detail that is weighing on your decision.

My focus includes first-time buyers, new development and rural properties. Each presents different considerations, but the starting point is the same: understanding your priorities and looking closely at the details. I want you to have a clear sense of what a property offers, what needs further investigation and how the next steps fit together. A strong work ethic matters most when it translates into useful support for the person making the decision.

My background

My education in Electronics Engineering helped develop the attention to detail I bring to real estate. It is a field where individual components matter, along with the way they work together. That perspective is useful when considering a property: you need to understand the details while keeping the larger decision in view.

Price, timing, condition and intended use all contribute to whether a property makes sense for someone. Looking at those considerations together helps give the decision context. My approach is to bring care and focus to that process, with the understanding that a detail that seems small at first may be important to the person who will live there.

The opportunity to help people and families make a meaningful decision is what draws me to this work. Technical detail has a purpose when it helps someone understand their options. I want to bring those two sides together: careful attention to the property and a clear understanding of what the move means for the client.

Outside the office

I enjoy staying active and spending time with friends and family. Boating and jet skiing around the Niagara River are favourite ways to spend a day together. Time on the water gives me a chance to enjoy the area beyond work and make room for the people who matter to me.
