How Julia works

How I work

You will have my direct number, and you will be dealing with me. I handle my own client communications because understanding what matters to you is the work. That starts with listening, whether you are buying your first home, moving to a new community or looking at an investment.

I want you to understand the decision you are making. We will talk through what fits, what does not, and what the price means for your plans. If a home is overpriced or an investment falls short of your criteria, I will say so. Liking a property is a reason to look more closely, not a reason to stop asking questions.

When negotiations get competitive, I stay calm and come back to the information in front of us. You should be able to explain why a purchase makes sense for you, even after the excitement has worn off.

My background

Before real estate, I built a career in the beauty industry. It taught me to pay attention to what someone is asking for, notice the details and remember that personal service has to be personal. Two clients can ask for the same thing and mean something quite different.

I bring that habit into real estate. A first-time buyer may need room to ask the questions they think everyone else already knows. A seller may need help seeing which features of their home deserve attention. My job starts with understanding the person and working from there.

Outside the office

I am involved in my community and my church, and you will often find me cheering for my son at a soccer game. I also enjoy interiors and design, an interest that makes looking at homes enjoyable well beyond the listing details.

I work in Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk and Peel, and I like exploring the places that give each community its character. Finding a local favourite is even better when I can share it with someone who is new to the area.
