How I work

I have worked in real estate since 2012, with a particular focus on investment properties, new developments and condominiums. I look at an opportunity in terms of what it offers financially, the direction of the market and the fundamentals that could support its performance over time.

For me, that means examining the reasoning behind a purchase. What makes the property worth considering? What risks need to be weighed? How does the opportunity fit the buyer’s longer-term plans? An attractive property still needs a sound rationale for the person buying it.

My work has also included developing and teaching pre-construction education for real estate professionals. That experience reinforces the importance of explaining an opportunity clearly. I want clients to understand the factors behind an investment decision and be able to assess the reasoning for themselves.

My background

My parents came to Canada from Europe and built a restaurant business from the ground up. Growing up around that business gave me an early understanding of the work behind entrepreneurship: making careful decisions, taking calculated risks and remaining focused on what you are trying to build.

I saw how much a business asks of the people who own it. Progress depends on sustained effort and decisions whose consequences extend well beyond the day they are made. Those lessons shaped the way I think about opportunity and responsibility.

I attended York University, where I developed my understanding of business and decision-making. In real estate, I bring that education together with the entrepreneurial perspective I learned at home. I look at the numbers, consider the risks and think about the purpose an investment is meant to serve. My focus is on helping clients make a considered decision that fits the bigger picture of what they want to achieve.

Outside the office

I live in Toronto with my twin boys. Much of my time outside work is spent supporting their sports, particularly soccer, and being present for the everyday parts of family life.

I also make time for regular workouts and enjoy getting out on the golf course. Family, staying active and maintaining that balance are important parts of my life.
