How we market a home
A sign on the lawn is not a marketing plan.
Price gets you attention. Marketing decides how many of the right people see it, and that is what moves the final number.
Standard on every listing
Not an upsell menu.
Marketing is the third discipline this brokerage was built on, and it is run by a founding partner whose career was spent moving pre-construction inventory in Toronto — a market where a release either reaches the right buyers in the first week or it does not sell at all. That is a harder test than a resale listing, and it is where the process came from.
Production
Photography, video, floor plans
Professional stills, a cinematic walkthrough, and measured floor plans on every listing. 3D tour, drone and twilight where the property suits it.
Distribution
Paid, targeted, and measured
REALTOR.ca and MLS® immediately, then paid social with targeting and retargeting, our buyer database, and the agent-to-agent network.
Local
The things that still work
Neighbourhood mail drop, print brochure, a coming-soon campaign before listing, and an open house programme.
The part nobody else does
You get a report, not reassurance.
Every fortnight while your home is listed, you get the actual numbers: how many people saw it, where they came from, what we spent, how many booked a showing, and what we are changing next.
If something is not working we tell you before you have to ask. Most sellers have never seen these numbers from any brokerage — which is exactly why we show them.

Distribution · global reach
The buyer pool is bigger than the region.
The furthest reach of that marketing plan runs outside Canada. "Global" is in our name because a real share of our business comes from overseas buyers.
[Add the specific markets, the partner relationships and the year each began. Specifics are the point — "global connections" on its own is forgettable, and under TRESA it needs to be substantiable.]
Selling
See the plan before you list.
We will show you exactly what we would do with your property, in writing, before you commit to anything.
